Identification help

For a better result, photograph the subject in natural light and keep it sharp and centered. Include the whole tree or plant first, then add a clear close-up of a leaf, flower, bark, grain, or cut surface from the same discovery. Do not rely on an app result for edibility, toxicity, medical, fire, or structural-safety decisions.

Purchases and subscriptions

Use Restore Purchases in the app if an active subscription is not recognized. Apple handles payment, cancellation, and refund decisions. You can manage a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Privacy and deleting data

Discoveries, photos, notes, and precise pins are stored locally. Use the controls in Settings to delete app data, or remove individual discoveries from your collection. Read the Privacy Policy for details about identification and AI processing.
