What to include

Your iPhone model, iOS version, TipHaven version, and a short description of what happened help with investigation. Please do not send tip amounts, earnings, employer details, backup files, receipts containing personal details, or other sensitive information.

Lifetime purchase and refunds

First try Restore Purchase in TipHaven Settings while signed in with the Apple account used for the purchase. Apple manages App Store payments and refund requests. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service for a refund request.

If you still have an earlier TipHaven subscription, Apple continues to manage it in your Apple account. The current TipHaven offer is a one-time lifetime purchase.
