Fovri is provided by Kenneth Marcel S De Geest, a self-employed developer (autónomo) based in Spain. For support or privacy requests, contact degeestkenneth@gmail.com.

Include your app version, iOS version and a short description of the issue. If needed, send a public source link you are comfortable sharing. Avoid sending private videos, full cookbook backups or unnecessary personal information.

Open the paywall or restore purchases

Open Settings → Fovri Pro → View subscription plans. Choose Restore purchases using the Apple Account that bought your subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Apple handles refund requests.

An import is incomplete

Some sources do not expose enough recipe information. Check your connection, try importing again, or edit missing ingredients and steps. Extra import help can be enabled or disabled in Settings. AI-inspired recipes should be checked before cooking.

Back up your cookbook

Use Settings to export a cookbook backup before changing devices or removing the app. Keep that file somewhere safe. Restore purchases restores paid access, not your recipes. Your local cookbook cannot be retrieved remotely by support.
